Operator journey
Configure your operation
Define service area, vehicle categories, pricing logic, user verification rules, and operational policies in the back-office.
Onboard vehicles
Register each vehicle in the system. Platform technicians install and test IoT hardware; digital install records are shared with the vehicle partner.
Partner completes vehicle profile
Partner confirms documents, insurance, maintenance status, and vehicle condition in the partner portal, then marks the vehicle ready for commercial use.
Go live
Vehicle appears as available in the rider app. Operators monitor trips, utilization, and exceptions in real time.
Settle and optimize
Weekly partner settlements and operator reports. Adjust pricing groups, fleet mix, and availability based on demand patterns.
Partner journey
- Agreement: commercial terms with the operator (outside or alongside platform tooling)
- Handover for install: vehicle available for IoT installation and initial system registration
- Digital passport: partner validates vehicle data and ongoing document compliance
- On-line / off-line: partner controls when the vehicle is offered for rental (maintenance windows supported)
- Earnings: transparent weekly statements; partner can raise questions within a defined review window
Rider journey
- Download app and create account
- Complete identity verification required by the operator
- Find a nearby available vehicle
- Start trip: digital unlock via platform
- End trip: vehicle status returns to fleet pool; payment processed automatically
